This Plainville, MA project included installing natural stone veneer over the existing concrete front steps, then capping the steps with salt-and-pepper granite treads and matching granite patio stock. I also built a walkway using the same granite, connecting it to seven new granite steps that replaced the original stone steps capped with flagstone. A short brick pier was built to support the wood post for the roof over the entry, using brick that matched the existing house veneer perfectly.
